Skirt Studies
A Not-So-Drab Course in Building Feminine Leadership

Why take this course
Natural
feminine skills are proven to provide a healthy balance to the
workplace, yet we often dismiss them as "inappropriate." Wow - are we
shooting outselves in the foot?
Your inherent skills of empathy, sensing undercurrents, building
consensus, and big-picture thinking are just a few examples. Make sure
you use all your strengths!
Discover all 16 skills and define them for you, testing them at work, and challenging yourself to do more.
How the course works
A different lesson will be delivered to you weekly, over the course of
12 weeks. These take anywhere from 20 minutes up to an hour each, and are highly adaptable to your work situation.
Each lesson affirms a critical business skill and applies the feminine approach to it. I will ask you about
your natural approach and whether you may be compromising it or whether you are indeed utilizing it.
Why we are a little different
We don't deal well with being too serious, so we have kept the course
contents light-hearted. We learn better when we have a sense of humor,
especially about ourselves.
And to add a little girly flavor,
Skirt Studies
rewards your accomplishment at the end of the 12 weeks with an optional
little
charm. Oh so cute. You can take subsequent courses and fill out
your charm bracelet! It's all about the fashion .... well not really,
but it is a fun little distraction.
The 4 Corners of Feminine Leadership
Business skills are varied. One model that recurs in
Skirt Studies is the Intuition Model, describing the full array of how we operate.
Make no mistake! Leadership skills are critical ...
but if you are attuned to your natural approach, won't you be more
likely to succeed?
